WaveWatch is a great surfing application for the iPhone, but your opinion may depend on where you live. You will love this application if you live in California, Florida or Hawaii, mainly because of the live video feeds available in those areas. Surf reports are available throughout the world, but videos are mainly available in warm water US cities.
I recently learned to surf and I need to admit that I'm addicted to using this application. I find myself watching the waves whenever I have a few free moments. I view the local surf spots, but I also check the waves in far off lands. Trust me, you'll be mesmerized too.
